How long after I order my items will they be shipped? 

YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY DATE AT CHECKOUT. WE SHIP FROM NEW JERSEY. YOUR ORDER IS HANDMADE AND YOU CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD AT CHECKOUT. YOU CAN UPGRADE SHIPPING FOR FASTER DELIVERY. 

Due to the handmade custom nature of our products you can select shipping method at checkout.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer or to cancel orders.  We reserve the right to end a sale or discount code at any moment.  

STANDARD SHIPPING: INCLUDES PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY TIME.  CHOOSE DATE NEEDED BY AT CHECKOUT.  CURRENTLY 2-3 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME.  IT'S ONE OF THE FASTEST DELIVERY TIMES FOR HANDMADE IN THE USA ITEMS.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  This is a firm policy and no returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You must pay for return shipping back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon deliveyr and contact us immediately WITHIN 24 HOURS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items.  Final Sale Items (no returns, no store credit, no exchanges)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please use the chart as a general guideline.  Girls will vary in weight and height, so if you need a different size that is mentioned here or are uncertain, e-mail us directly with her EXACT measurements SO WE CAN HELP FIND THE PERFECT FIT.

USE A SOFT TAPE MEASURE

DO NOT ADD EXTRA INCHES

Waist: Stand normally, position hands below side hips. Measure over underwear at the smallest part of waist. Keep tape snug, not tight. Measure with a soft tape measure.

Chest: Go the entire way around the largest part of the chest.  Tape measurement should be snug not tight or loose.

Length:  Measure from her shoulder or underarm to either knee, tea (mid shin) or ankle length or floor length depending on the style of the dress.

THESE MEASUREMENTS BELOW ARE THE ACTUAL DRESS MEASUREMENTS.  YOU CAN ORDER 1-2" WITH ROOM TO GROW.  .5" WILL BE SNUG BUT A FITTED LOOK.  1" ROOM WILL FIT WELL. 2" LEAVES ROOM TO GROW AND A LOOSE FIT.
